During the day painters, artists, musicians and dancers performed a happening in the halls of Ruben Dario National Theater
Costa Rican and Nicaraguan artists have come together to perform from 9:00 am on April 18, a novel pictorial intervention free themes on the outside front of the National Theater Rubén Darío, who called Open Doors. The activity will run throughout the day.
"Have also invited playwrights, musicians and dancers, so that together we make a variant of happening, in which each from their artistic discipline can improvise around what made the painters in the doors," explained Salvador Espinoza, his organizer.
The happenig are actions that seek to break from the everyday improvisation and the creation of ephemeral art, and act freely with other artistic disciplines.
The artists will paint both sides of the doors, that means symbolically, Espinoza said, that the gates of art and culture are open between Costa Ricans and Nicaraguans.
Espinoza also invited to a press conference on Monday 21 at 11:00 am, where their experiences will be presented. He also said that the results will be presented in a group exhibition on Tuesday April 21 at 7:00 pm in the lobby of the National Theatre.

Artists participating

They confirmed the Circle of Costa Rican artists, Camilo Bolaños, Wesley Acuña, David Paris, Erika Bustamante, Paolo Navarro and Victor Ulloa; by Nicaragua, Manuel Wong, Federico Alvarado, Alberty Reyes, Roger Roque, Moisés García, Carlos David Benard, Dember Palma, Darwin Hernandez and Ninoska Perez Rosa Borge, among others.
So young and Kenia Martinez troupe Republic of birds, violinist Ana Veronica Sanchez, contemporary dancers and young people from the Youth Symphony Orchestra Ruben Dario.
