INTUR approves more than 72 million dollars in tourist investment

In the seventh Meeting Incentive Nicaraguan Tourism Institute (INTUR) approved 13 investment projects totaling three million 650 thousand 950 U.S. dollars, bringing the total 72 million $ 833,000 which were approved during the first months of 2014 reported legal director Omar Oporta. 
Of the more than three and a half million approved at the Seventh Meeting Incentive (JIC), one million 815 000 661 are exempt from paying taxes, said Oporta. Five months to conclude this year there is the possibility that tourism investments approaching 100 million, ahead Oporta. 
To date, 27 new projects have been approved, 23 of which belong to the private sector to the public sector and four detailed the legal director of INTUR. All these projects during their implementation phase will create 918 thousand temporary jobs and when they come into operation 389 permanent jobs will be created. 
Among the four major projects approved so far this year is the construction of 140 rooms Hayatt hotel with five-star, at a cost of $ 19 million. 
The other project is the expansion of Vivian Pellas hospital at a cost 17 ​​million $ 400,000 and construction of the Costa Smeralda airport, Tola, who will receive aircraft with a capacity of 60 passengers. The fourth project in order of importance is the convention center to be built in Las Americas Mall. 
These investments reaffirm the trust the private sector have in the government of National Unity and Reconciliation, the country, laws and public safety that is given to each of the investors, whether domestic and foreign.
