Entrepreneurs project tourism in Managua
Around thirty Entrepreneurs Tour Operators met this morning with representatives of the National Port Company, EPN, and the Nicaraguan Chamber of Small and Medium Tourism Enterprises, CANTUR, to develop plans for promoting tourist destinations of the capital, including Puerto Salvador Allende.
"It's a process that we are moving, tourism is dynamic and we have to do together, private sector and government," said Leonardo Torres, president of National CANTUR.
Meanwhile the Director of Promotion and Marketing of the Nicaraguan Tourism Institute, Intur, Ana Carolina Garcia, said that in the visits made to the United States, Europe and Central take a sample of investments of this type, being made at home.
The tour operators entrepreneurs pointed out that this type of partnership is "timely" because it gives them the opportunity to expand their market.
