Nicaragua Nominated in Tourism Oscars
Six Nicaraguan Hotels are nominated in various categories for the 2014 World Travel Awards nomination serves to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the travel industry and global tourism.
Among the nominees is the new Mokül Beach, Golf & Spa hotel, located in Costa Esmeralda in the Nicaraguan Pacific and competes with various international hotels in that category.
The World Travel Awards also include Hacienda and Ecolodge Morgan's Rock of San Juan del Sur, the leading brand Barceló Montelimar Beach compete, Crown Plaza, Hilton Princess and the Real Intercontinental Metrocenter.
The nomination of these six tourist companies is part of the effort of the public and private sector for tourism to Nicaragua to promote national and international level and for being our country safe and quality country for tourists.
Recently as part of this public-private effort, the Nicaraguan Tourism Institute (INTUR) launched a promotional offensive in Los Angeles, Washington, Milan, Rome and Paris among others.
